These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and jilidb (hereinafter referred to as "jilidb", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the jilidb website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated services, games, promotions, or features made available through the platform.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, participating in any game or betting market, or claiming any bonus or promotion offered by jilidb, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using jilidb and close your account.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of any conflict between translated or summarised versions of these Terms and the English original, the English original shall prevail.

1.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jilidb's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to the appropriate legal jurisdiction as determined by jilidb.

1.2 Platform Availability

jilidb makes no guarantee of uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. jilidb shall not be liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by platform downtime or interruptions to service.

To register and maintain an account on jilidb, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jilidb is strictly an adults-only platform. Players aged under 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering or playing.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false information — including false names, dates of birth, or contact details — is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

2.1 Registration Process

2.3 Duplicate Accounts

Creating more than one jilidb account — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jilidb will close all duplicate accounts, may permanently close the primary account, and will void any bonuses, winnings, or balances held across all associated accounts.

As a registered player on jilidb, you accept the following ongoing obligations for as long as your account remains active. Failure to comply with any of these obligations may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jilidb login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. jilidb will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. 3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your email address, payment method details, or contact information — you must update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting support. jilidb is not responsible for failed communications or payment processing errors resulting from outdated account information.

3.3 Responsible Use

You agree to use jilidb solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not use the platform to engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. You must not use automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with jilidb's games, sports betting markets, or payment systems. Any attempt to exploit software bugs, game vulnerabilities, or technical errors for financial gain is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.4 Player Conduct

You agree to treat jilidb's support staff and other platform users with respect and professionalism at all times. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at support agents or other players — whether via live chat, email, or any other communication channel — will not be tolerated and may result in permanent account closure.

All financial transactions on jilidb are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jilidb supports deposits and withdrawals via the following local payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. International payment cards (Visa, Mastercard) may also be available subject to platform configuration at the time of transaction.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on jilidb is ৳300 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction or per day depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status. jilidb reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on interbank processing times. jilidb does not charge a platform-side processing fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. jilidb is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

4.3 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests are processed by jilidb's payments team during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. To submit a withdrawal request, your account must have completed KYC verification and your account must be in good standing with no active investigations or restrictions. Withdrawal requests that cannot be matched to a verified payment method on file will be held pending verification. jilidb reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests of significant value.

4.4 Withdrawal to Source of Funds

jilidb applies a return-to-source policy on withdrawals wherever possible. This means that winnings will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where this is not possible due to technical limitations, jilidb will work with the player to identify an alternative verified payment method. Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposit may require additional verification.

4.5 Failed or Reversed Transactions

In the event that a deposit transaction fails after funds have left your payment account but before they are credited to your jilidb balance, please contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number. jilidb will investigate and, where the funds are confirmed as received, credit them to your account. Chargebacks initiated against jilidb by players will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. Players found to have initiated fraudulent chargebacks will have their accounts permanently closed and the matter referred for appropriate action.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Every bonus issued by jilidb carries a wagering requirement — a minimum total bet amount that must be placed before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. The wagering requirement multiplier and the eligible games for each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms page. As a general principle, bets placed on sports markets and live casino tables may contribute at a different rate to the wagering requirement than bets placed on slots — the specific contribution rates are stated on each promotion's detail page.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, bonuses are available only to players who have completed account registration and hold a verified, active jilidb account in good standing. Players who have self-excluded or whose accounts are subject to any restrictions are not eligible to claim or use bonuses during the restricted period. 5.3 Bonus Expiry

5.5 jilidb Right to Modify Promotions

jilidb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is modified after a player has already claimed it, the terms at the time of claiming will apply to that player's existing bonus balance. New bonuses issued after a modification will be subject to the updated terms.

jilidb is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and enjoyable gaming environment for all registered players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilidb platform and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate account activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or technical errors — whether intentionally or negligently — to generate winnings or gain a financial advantage.
• Colluding with other players in sports betting markets or poker-style games to fix outcomes or coordinate betting strategies for mutual financial gain.

• Engaging in money laundering, depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using jilidb as a mechanism to transfer or conceal illicit funds.
• Impersonating another player, jilidb employee, or any other individual in communications with jilidb's support team or on any jilidb-associated platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or compromise the technical infrastructure of jilidb's platform in any way.
• Circumventing any responsible gaming tool, age verification check, self-exclusion arrangement, or account restriction implemented on your account.

6.1 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where jilidb identifies or reasonably suspects any of the above prohibited conduct, the platform reserves the right to take immediate action including suspending account access, freezing account balances pending investigation, voiding all bets and bonuses associated with the account, permanently closing the account without compensation, and reporting the matter to relevant authorities where applicable.

6.2 Game Integrity

All game outcomes on jilidb are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by the respective game studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming. jilidb does not manipulate game outcomes, RTP values, or odds. Published RTP values reflect the long-term statistical return of each game under normal play conditions and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

jilidb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, is occurring, or is likely to occur. Account suspension may be temporary — pending investigation — or permanent, depending on the nature and severity of the circumstances.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their jilidb account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected] with a clear request to close the account. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method on file, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures and KYC completion.

7.2 Closure Due to Breach

Where an account is closed by jilidb as a consequence of a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure — including real-money deposits, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach. jilidb will notify the player of the closure and the general reason for it, though it is not obligated to disclose the specific investigative details that led to the decision.

7.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. jilidb will notify the account holder via registered email before applying any dormancy-related administrative fee or balance adjustment. Players with dormant accounts can reactivate them at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilidb shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jilidb platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds arising from incorrect bet placement, losses arising from technical failures or platform downtime, losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials, or losses arising from reliance on any information published on the platform.

8.1 "As Is" Service Provision

jilidb provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. jilidb does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8.2 Third-Party Services

jilidb integrates third-party game content from studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming, and payment processing services including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. jilidb is not liable for any failure, error, or disruption caused by these third-party services. 8.3 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. 8.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jilidb and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms, your use of the jilidb platform, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

8.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the jilidb Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and jilidb with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
